As a shoe retailer, we have a NO RETURN POLICYÂ in place. Once a pair of shoes has been purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or fit
- Style or color preference
However, we understand that sometimes shoes can arrive with defects or damages. In such cases, we offer a return or exchange option. If your shoes are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns for shoes that have been worn or used. Additionally, any damage or defect that occurs after the shoes have been received is not eligible for a return or exchange.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
