Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, your shipment confirmation email will include your tracking number. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from Crake.
Why isn't my tracking showing an update?
Your parcel may be waiting for its first courier scan. Please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation for tracking to become active. If it still isn't available, contact us with your order number.
My order hasn't shipped yet. What should I do?
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is preparation time before shipping. If your order is taking longer or you need help with a delayed parcel, please contact us.
