As a shoe retailer, we have a NO RETURN POLICY in place. Once a pair of shoes has been purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or fit
- Style or color preference
However, we understand that sometimes shoes can arrive with defects or damages. In such cases, we offer a return or exchange option. If your shoes are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns for shoes that have been worn or used. Additionally, any damage or defect that occurs after the shoes have been received is not eligible for a return or exchange.
